Director, Stefano Campanini, at the age of 23, Stefano took part in an expedition in West Mongolia with the purpose of doing eye surgery for cataract and glaucoma and a series of vaccinations. In 1992 -93 he worked in the jungle of Thailand, as a civil engineer and traveled across south east Asia. In 1994 he post-graduated as post-sales expert for foreign markets and was employed by SacmiForni. In 1996, Midland Tileworks, in Iowa, hired him as the manager in charge of the factory firing department, supervising two shifts and 24 employees. In 1997, he bought a sailing boat to sail solo around the Caribbean and in Columbia, and as destiny set it up, met his wife, Alicia Restrepo, who was at the time the owner of a gallery in Manhattan. After spending a few months cruising together, they opened together a private art consulting business. In 2003 they relocated to Miami and in 2004, after enjoying the beauty and cultural diversity that Miami can offer, opened Etra Fine Art, trying to combine their taste for art, with the possibility of creating a cultural center for the city of Miami.
