President, Carla Ellek, has studied, worked and lived in various places in Europe, Middle-East, and North America. She speaks various languages. She has degrees in International Relations from the University of Geneva, and Tufts University. She worked in various organizations and industries including the United Nations, Merrill Lynch, The Hilton Hotel Group and Leo Burnett. She moved to Miami 7 years ago to develop the Pasha’s restaurant concept.
